Fundraising Crop for Salvation Army - 3 Day registration



Use this option to register for all three days.  If you wish to register for one or two days only, use the single day option.

The original crop in September hosted by The Salvation Army Womens Auxiliary had to be cancelled.  I did not want the Salvation Army to miss out completely on funds and donations they rely on for the programs those funds/donations are used for.  I have secured a venue to hold a three day crop.  It is smaller, therefore, can only accommodate around 45 people.

Cost $50.00

The crop fee includes a 6ft table and chair.  The chairs are the plastic fold up chairs.  There is wi-fi at the venue.  Due to the expenses involved for venue rental and table rental, no meals will be provided.  There are six restaurants within a 1/4-1/2 mile of the venue and several other food places not far away.  Additionally, there are several hotels nearby for anyone needing one. 

You will need to bring a power strip if needed and a light.  The lighting is good but always better to have more light.   

We will have many of the same vendors.  We will also be doing the stage prizes but NO donation/sale room.  

We will be collecting donations of toys for school age boys and girls and items for seniors. see below for suggestions 

This is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.  Spots can not be reserved without payment at time of reservation.  It is best to register through the website.  Online registration is only available because iScrap On is sponsoring it.

How will this help Salvation Army?  All participants are asked to bring donations from the suggested items below.  In addition, once the expenses are covered (venue rental and table rental), a portion of the crop fee will be donated.

school age boys and girls - toys and craft kits

Seniors:
Stocking stuffers all can be purchased from dollar$. Deodorant, shaving cream, razors, sock type ladies house shoes, men’s socks, individual Kleenex packs, ladies and men’s gloves, round tin of shortbread cookies, bags of peppermint or other candy, big word puzzle books.
