TCW Tacky-When-Dry Gel Medium
A gel medium that goes on white and dries to clear and is tacky/sticky to touch. Use with foil products like the TCW Foil Transfer sheets to add a metallic look without the need for heat.
How to use:
- Apply Tacky-when-dry Gel Medium to area, through stencil or directly to area
- Let dry, it will dry to clear (takes about 15 minutes)
- Press foil shiny color side up to Tacky-when-dry medium
- Lift foil.
