Online return and exchange policy.
All returns and exchanges require pre-authorization. Please contact us by calling (707-952-1839) or email (email@example.com) before returning any product.
Sale items, clearance items, magazines, pens and markers can not be returned.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging, unopened, unused and undamaged. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Pack items carefully to avoid damage in transit. Store credit will be issued upon delivery and inspection of returned items. Products that have been opened, used or damaged will be returned to customer at customer's expense.
We do our best to pack and ship products to avoid any damage in transit. If you receive product damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Please take photos of the packaging and the damage and email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make arrangements for the damaged product to be returned at our expense. We will send a replacement of the damaged item, if possible, or issue a refund.
